Thrive: 15 sessions per employee/year + executive SUD intervention (transport + HR RTW plan)
Wellness Seminars
Well-Being: 2 half-day seminars/year (topics curated by Wellio).
Clarity: 1 half-day/quarter (topics chosen via company-wide poll).
Thrive: 1 half-day/quarter + 1:1 coaching + 1 annual competition (steps challenge, biggest-loser, etc.)
